IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and The Prepared Nurse Co encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to The Prepared Nurse Co at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

DELIVERY TIMES

The Prepared Nurse Co uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. The Prepared Nurse Co will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.

 

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website here. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for your tracking information.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If your order has not yet been dispatched submit a query here with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address. 

 

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
