RETURN POLICY
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD RETURN POLICY

The Prepared Nurse Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on Digital downloads (PDFs). Digital downloads (PDFs) that have been emailed to a customer or made available to download will not be refunded.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
​
The Prepared Nurse Co handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded for the original purchase price minus shipping cost. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made your original payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of The Prepared Nurse Co
For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, and unopened (in the same condition that you received it). It must be in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please submit a query here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is typically paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you are missing an item(s) that you ordered, received the wrong item(s), or if the products of your order are damaged upon arrival- we will gladly replace the item(s) with shipping covered.
You MUST provide our customer care team a picture or video of the items you received and the box it was shipped in to be eligible for a free replacement.

Damaged Items: Please take a picture of the condition of the packaging it was shipped in, as well as a picture showing the damage to the product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After a 7-day period of time has passed since the item was marked as delivered, a reasonable amount of time has passed, and The Prepared Nurse Co cannot resolve the issue.
EXCEPTION/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
With items that include both a digital download PDF copy and a physical/hard copy the physical/hard copy portion of the order may be refunded, but the digital download PDF portion of the order will not be refunded in accordance with our Digital Download Return Policy. (See above for Digital Download Return Policy).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not typically allowed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. But contact us if you need help.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
